מי פנים פעילים לקילוף קל ולחיטוי. מכילים חומצות אלפא ובתא הידרוקסי, ומגוון מרכיבים אנטי חיידקיים.
התכשיר משמש כחלק מהטיפול באקנה שטחי, בחררות והתעבויות של העור.
בנוסף, ניתן להשתמש בדרמפיל גם לריענון וחידוש העור בתקופות החמות ובאנשים

תיתכן אדמומיות קלה בדקות שלאחר השימוש. היא חולפת מהר.
